Two powerful earthquakes struck Venezuela on 24 June 2026. Buildings were reduced to rubble in minutes.

At least 3,800 people have been killed, and the death toll continues to rise. Over 16,000 are injured with hospitals under extreme pressure.

Survivors urgently need food, water and medical care.

Our teams, alongside other partners, are in Venezuela right now. So far Action Against Hunger has reached over 10,000 people and our emergency response has included:

  • clean drinking water, hygiene kits and menstrual kits for women and girls
  • essential supplies for search and rescue teams including torches and helmets
  • mental health support

We responded to 71 emergencies in 2025, including earthquakes in the Philippines and Myanmar. You can help us deliver the same level of response in Venezuela.

Please donate to support children and families impacted by the earthquake in Venezuela. Every donation matters.
