Marc is a humanitarian professional with over 20 years of experience strengthening local actors in West Africa, the Mediterranean, Asia and Latin America. Director of the think tank Prospective Cooperation, Marc is also a founding member of SOS MEDITERRANEE. He has masters’ degrees in Humanitarian Rights, International Relations History and Organizations of Development’s Sociology. Marc is a lecturer at the Sorbonne-IEDES, at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques of Grenoble and at Aix-Marseille University.
