Heather Fisher is an associate at Gowling WLG, practising in the firm’s Advocacy department. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, including product liability, municipal liability and class actions, as well as insolvency and restructuring law. Her experience also extends to administrative tribunals, including representing clients at the Landlord and Tenant Board and various university tribunals. She is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, where she served as senior editor of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal and president of the Legal & Literary Society. She volunteers with Pro Bono Ontario’s Free Legal Advice Hotline and Small Claims Duty Council program.
