Heather Fisher is a senior associate in Gowling WLG’s Financial Services Department, based in the Toronto office. Her practice focuses on insolvency and restructuring, complex commercial litigation and class actions. Heather has appeared before all levels of court, including the Superior Court of Justice and Commercial List, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Heather was recognized in the 2025 Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada for Restructuring and Insolvency Law.

She is also active in the legal community, serving on the Commercial List Users Committee and The Advocates’ Society Insolvency Litigation Subgroup and co-chairing Gowling WLG’s national women’s network.
