Andrew has over 25 years of M&A advisory and investment banking experience together with extensive experience in domestic and international financing and securitization transactions. Prior to joining National Bank Financial Markets in 2000, Andrew worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Donaldson, Lufkin, & Jenrette and KPMG in London. Andrew is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
