Action Against Hunger treats more malnourished children than any other non-governmental organization. We won’t give up until the world is free from hunger, but many more children need our help.

Monthly gifts are vitally important to us. They allow us to sustainably scale our work and reach more children suffering from the effects of malnutrition.

• provide clean water, good hygiene and health services
• train more community health workers to treat malnourished children
• inform more families about how to stay healthy and prevent more children from dying

Six weeks to save a life

Our teams are experts at tackling the effects of hunger across the world.

Our approach is so effective that in the course of an average six-week treatment programme – which costs just $45 – we’re able to get young children with severe acute malnutrition firmly back on a path of recovery and also ensure healthy feeding and hygiene practices at home.
