Prior to joining National Bank Financial Markets in 2000, Andrew worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Donaldson, Lufkin, & Jenrette and KPMG in London. Andrew is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

She currently works at RBC Global Asset Management, where she focuses on investing in Canadian corporate debt. Stephanie also held various roles at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and State Street Bank & Trust. Stephanie holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting with a Minor in economics from Western University. Heather Fisher

Heather Fisher is an associate at Gowling WLG, practising in the firm’s Advocacy department. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, including product liability, municipal liability and class actions, as well as insolvency and restructuring law. Her experience also extends to administrative tribunals, including representing clients at the Landlord and Tenant Board and various university tribunals. She is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, where she served as senior editor of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal and president of the Legal & Literary Society. She volunteers with Pro Bono Ontario's Free Legal Advice Hotline and Small Claims Duty Council program.

Marc is a humanitarian professional with over 20 years of experience strengthening local actors in West Africa, the Mediterranean, Asia and Latin America. Director of the think tank Prospective Cooperation, Marc is also a founding member of SOS MEDITERRANEE. He has masters' degrees in Humanitarian Rights, International Relations History and Organizations of Development’s Sociology. Marc is a lecturer at the Sorbonne-IEDES, at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques of Grenoble and at Aix-Marseille University.
