Victoria Davies is a value-add corporate oriented director and strategic consultant with more than 25 years of local and international senior leadership and board experience, and the Chair of the Board of Directors at Action Against Hunger Canada. She is a strategic advisor to organizations and senior management teams and ensures financial strategy plays a strong role in the creation, implementation and assessment of strategic initiatives that drive results. Victoria was awarded an FCPA in 2013 and a CMA Creative Leadership Award in 2009.

Andrew has over 25 years of M&A advisory and investment banking experience together with extensive experience in domestic and international financing and securitization transactions. Prior to joining National Bank Financial Markets in 2000, Andrew worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Donaldson, Lufkin, & Jenrette and KPMG in London. Andrew is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Women’s College Hospital
A communications and public affairs professional at Women’s College Hospital, Jordan focuses on issues relating to health policy, innovation in Canada’s healthcare system and the emergence of digital health technologies. Experienced in everything from crisis communications to speech writing and stakeholder engagement, she develops strategies that resonate and produce results. She has been a member of Action Against Hunger’s Board of Directors since 2019.

Stephanie has over ten years’ experience in the investment and financial services industries. She currently works at RBC Global Asset Management, where she focuses on investing in Canadian corporate debt. Stephanie also held various roles at Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and State Street Bank & Trust. Stephanie holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting with a Minor in economics from Western University. She has been a member of Action Against Hunger’s Board of Directors since 2019.

Teal and Co.
With over 20 years of experience as a strategy expert, Val Cambre is the Principal & CEO of Teal & Co. As a leader in Human Resources and Talent Management, Val has enjoyed sharing her passion by teaching in the Human Resources Management Certificate program at Sheridan College, and has been a member of Action Against Hunger’s Board of Directors since 2018.
Carter Consulting Ltd.
Leslie has over 20 years experience in brand management and marketing at leading CPG, Retail, and Professional Services companies and is currently a principal consultant at Carter Consulting Ltd. She has been a member of Action Against Hunger Board of Directors since 2016.
Heather Fisher is an associate at Gowling WLG, practising in the firm’s Advocacy department. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, including product liability, municipal liability and class actions, as well as insolvency and restructuring law. Her experience also extends to administrative tribunals, including representing clients at the Landlord and Tenant Board and various university tribunals. She is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, where she served as senior editor of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal and president of the Legal & Literary Society. She volunteers with Pro Bono Ontario's Free Legal Advice Hotline and Small Claims Duty Council program.

Joseph is Director of Policy and Legal Affairs to the Hon. Doug Downey, Attorney General of Ontario. Previously, he was with Royal Bank of Canada as Senior Counsel, Board Planning & Assistant Secretary where his work focused on corporate governance and supporting the Board of Directors. Joseph has been a member of Action Against Hunger's Board of Directors since 2016.
National Practice Lead
Joseph Lavoie recently joined Crestview Strategy to lead its national campaigns and digital mobilization practice. With more than a decade of campaign and public affairs experience, Joseph has served Foreign Minister John Baird as a senior political staffer, and former Prime Minister Harper as Director of Strategic Communications. Joseph has been a member of Action Against Hunger’s Board of Directors since 2018.
Marc is a humanitarian professional with over 20 years of experience strengthening local actors in West Africa, the Mediterranean, Asia and Latin America. Director of the think tank Prospective Cooperation, Marc is also a founding member of SOS MEDITERRANEE. He has masters' degrees in Humanitarian Rights, International Relations History and Organizations of Development’s Sociology. Marc is a lecturer at the Sorbonne-IEDES, at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques of Grenoble and at Aix-Marseille University.

As principal and founder of Porterwood Connections, Nancy assists affluent families through transition and provides multi-disciplinary guidance as a family office consultant. She has over a quarter century of international banking experience in wealth management and capital markets. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Action Against Hunger since 2018.

Senior Adviser at the Canadian Centre for the Purpose of the Corporation
David Simmonds a Visiting Fellow at Western University’s School of Advanced Studies and a Senior Adviser at the Canadian Centre for the Purpose of the Corporation. His teaching focuses on advanced communications, brand, and policy practices as they relate to public persuasion, social storytelling, ethics, power and privilege. In his previous role, he served as Senior Vice President, Communications and Public Affairs for McKesson Canada. David is Past President of Alumni Western – Western University’s global alumni network and President Elect of the Canadian Club of Toronto. A sought-after speaker, his commentary can be found in national media including the Globe and Mail, Toronto Star, and CBC News.
Chinmaya is a Partner at Deloitte Private, Toronto. Chinmaya works with private companies across broad range of industry sectors in various ownership structures including, businesses owned by pension funds and private equity, professional partnerships and foreign parent corporations. Chinmaya collaborates with Canadian entrepreneurs and private businesses to help them grow and thrive. Chinmaya acts as coach for Canada's Best Managed Companies Program and leads inclusion for the program nationally.

Erika Tsang is a management consultant at Bain & Company with experience working with non-profit, retail and industry clients on various strategic projects. Erika has been a member of Action Against Hunger Board of Directors since 2019.
Nicole Watson is a senior communications professional. With more than 14 years of experience in communications and public relations, Nicole’s expertise spans public, private and charitable sectors. Nicole is skilled in public and media relations, project management, internal and external communications, marketing and brand identity, issues management, events, social media and stakeholder relationships. Nicole has been a member of Action Against Hunger's Board of Directors since 2016.
