Victoria Davies is a value-add corporate oriented director and strategic consultant with more than 25 years of local and international senior leadership and board experience, and the Chair of the Board of Directors at Action Against Hunger Canada. She is a strategic advisor to organizations and senior management teams and ensures financial strategy plays a strong role in the creation, implementation and assessment of strategic initiatives that drive results. Victoria was awarded an FCPA in 2013 and a CMA Creative Leadership Award in 2009.

A communications and public affairs professional at Women’s College Hospital, Jordan focuses on issues relating to health policy, innovation in Canada’s healthcare system and the emergence of digital health technologies. Experienced in everything from crisis communications to speech writing and stakeholder engagement, she develops strategies that resonate and produce results. She has been a member of Action Against Hunger’s Board of Directors since 2019.

With over 20 years of experience as a strategy expert, Val Cambre is the Principal & CEO of Teal & Co. As a leader in Human Resources and Talent Management, Val has enjoyed sharing her passion by teaching in the Human Resources Management Certificate program at Sheridan College, and has been a member of Action Against Hunger’s Board of Directors since 2018.

Heather Fisher is an associate at Gowling WLG, practising in the firm’s Advocacy department. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, including product liability, municipal liability and class actions, as well as insolvency and restructuring law. Her experience also extends to administrative tribunals, including representing clients at the Landlord and Tenant Board and various university tribunals. She is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, where she served as senior editor of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal and president of the Legal & Literary Society. She volunteers with Pro Bono Ontario's Free Legal Advice Hotline and Small Claims Duty Council program.

Joseph Lavoie recently joined Crestview Strategy to lead its national campaigns and digital mobilization practice. With more than a decade of campaign and public affairs experience, Joseph has served Foreign Minister John Baird as a senior political staffer, and former Prime Minister Harper as Director of Strategic Communications. Joseph has been a member of Action Against Hunger’s Board of Directors since 2018.

As principal and founder of Porterwood Connections, Nancy assists affluent families through transition and provides multi-disciplinary guidance as a family office consultant. She has over a quarter century of international banking experience in wealth management and capital markets. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Action Against Hunger since 2018.

Chinmaya is a Partner at Deloitte Private, Toronto. Chinmaya works with private companies across broad range of industry sectors in various ownership structures including, businesses owned by pension funds and private equity, professional partnerships and foreign parent corporations. Chinmaya collaborates with Canadian entrepreneurs and private businesses to help them grow and thrive. Chinmaya acts as coach for Canada's Best Managed Companies Program and leads inclusion for the program nationally.

Nicole Watson is a senior communications professional. With more than 14 years of experience in communications and public relations, Nicole’s expertise spans public, private and charitable sectors. Nicole is skilled in public and media relations, project management, internal and external communications, marketing and brand identity, issues management, events, social media and stakeholder relationships. Nicole has been a member of Action Against Hunger's Board of Directors since 2016.
