She is a strategic advisor to organizations and senior management teams and ensures financial strategy plays a strong role in the creation, implementation and assessment of strategic initiatives that drive results. Victoria was awarded an FCPA in 2013 and a CMA Creative Leadership Award in 2009.

Heather Fisher is an associate at Gowling WLG, practising in the firm’s Advocacy department. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, including product liability, municipal liability and class actions, as well as insolvency and restructuring law. Her experience also extends to administrative tribunals, including representing clients at the Landlord and Tenant Board and various university tribunals. She is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, where she served as senior editor of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal and president of the Legal & Literary Society. She volunteers with Pro Bono Ontario's Free Legal Advice Hotline and Small Claims Duty Council program.

Director of the think tank Prospective Cooperation, Marc is also a founding member of SOS MEDITERRANEE. He has masters' degrees in Humanitarian Rights, International Relations History and Organizations of Development’s Sociology. Marc is a lecturer at the Sorbonne-IEDES, at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques of Grenoble and at Aix-Marseille University.
